Return & Refund Policy

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and order number below.


Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions once your return request is approved.

1. Check that the label is complete and share clear pictures of the label with us.
2. Confirm the product has not been used — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns with any sweat staining.

Returns and exchanges are not available for customers outside the United States.

If returns are not caused by MANGOPOP (e.g. size issues, change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If returns are caused by MANGOPOP (e.g. missing or damaged products), we will cover all shipping fees.

Outbound shipping fees and taxes from the original order are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping and any reverse duties.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Gift card orders will be refunded back to the original gift card.

You can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • With receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept refunds on sale items.

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Used bras, underwear, or intimate items

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to product availability. Follow the same return process above and indicate you would like an exchange. We will confirm availability and process accordingly.
